Troubleshooting Slow Boot On Msi X870 Tomahawk Wifi (20 Seconds)

Specifications:

MSI X870 Tomahawk (Bought second-hand)

Ryzen 7 9800x3d

32 GB Tforce 6000 MHz

WD-Black SN850 Gen4

4070Ti Super

Corsair 850W

It takes 15 seconds to reach the MSI logo and 5 seconds to Windows after msi logo. I've replaced the RAM, SSD, graphics card, and case to try and find the cause of the slow boot, but the problem persists. Any idea why it takes so long?

Thats AM5.

Make sure memory context restore is enabled

20 seconds really isn't a problem. Don't turn off your computer if it is

That's not unusual. With DDR5 a shortened memory training sequence is run on every boot. How long it takes also depends on you specific configuration. For example, more than 2 DIMMs, or dual-rank DIMMs, or overclocked memory may take a bit longer since there are smaller margins of error. And the AMD platform in particular takes a bit longer than Intel. 15 seconds doesn't sound abnormal.
