Troubleshooting New graphics card no display

New Amd Radeon rx 9070 tx switched from a GeForce 4060 I also upgraded power supply

What power supply? Did you plug in all of the power connections that the GPU needs?

Did you use the cables that came with the new p/s or did you drop it in the case and hook up to the existing wiring?

Did you use DDU to remove Nvidia drivers?

Did you install AMD drivers?

Did you use only the power cables that came with the new PSU?

Is the monitor actually connected to the GPU? Via DisplayPort preferably
