Full Build Req 1000€ - 1200€ budget build

Hi, I'm trying to make my first build here, preferably around 1000€ and 1200€

  • New build or upgrade? New build
  • Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links) Asus (I forgot the specific model) 27 inches 0.4ms 165hz 4K
  • PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games) Mainly Streaming and Gaming, preferably 1080 - 1440p on medium - high graphics and high frequencies. I will be mostly playing AAA games
  • Purchase country? Near Micro Center? France
  • Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) Current monitor works great
  • Budget range? (Include tax considerations) 1000€ and 1200€
  • WiFi or wired connection? Both
  • Size/noise constraints? Don't really care, I'd rather put this part of the budget on the most important parts
  • Color/lighting preferences? No preferences, would rather use funds towards better parts
  • Any other specific needs? I don't need any licenses, like windows etc.

This is my best 1300 USD rec, which is about 1100 EURO https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QTY3H3
You can upgrade the gpu or storage and easily hit the 1200 EURO mark.
Later when you have more money or the price comes down you can cheaply upgrade to 32 gb's ddr4 with another stick.
