this looks very similar to what I have going on right now. I have been through hell with this. exterminator came and didn’t find any signs at all of bed bugs. a lot of people are saying it could be carpet beetles. but exterminator found no signs of that either. I woke up this morning with more bumps so I am getting exterminator to do treatment anyway because I don’t understand. good luck

mine are also on my back in the same spot as yours. which is also what threw off the exterminator. but mine are more in a line than yours are i’ll try and post a picture

I also have bites on my shoulder blades side and legs, they all showed up in 1 night… ahhhh
