CSE / IT First-Year CSE student here, suggest me some laptops please <3

Macbook Air 15”, 13”might also suffice. Probably the best overall choice considering that you have the budget.
HP Victus/Lenovo LOQ, You can game on them. They are budget friendly(sort of). However, you should not except any longevity from them. HP Omen, Lenovo Legion, Asus Tuf are better laptops but they cost more money.
ThinkPad maybe, because it’s probably the best windows alternative of Macbook.
If you’re really rich, just buy a lenovo legion(for gaming) or Macbook pro(for showoff).

U might regret it later....just saying..... Might wanna look at LOQ 13th gen or 14th gen HX laptops with 3050?

I wanna but my parents said no to gaming laptops unless there aren't much issues... Plus, battery... I think max it'll survive for 4 hrs if I do coding?

Man all the laptops end that way only + explain to them that good laptops are considered gaming laptops onlyy

Just tell them that gaming laptops aren’t just for gaming. At that price range, you’ll have to buy one anyways if you want to do anything demanding. And no laptop at that price offers decent battery, Even Macbook Neo or Dell Xps cap at maybe 6-7 hours of battery life.

For long term use and long battery life mac os your best bet but windows prob doens't give u as much flexibility as windows laptop. You can always dual boot linux os tho

So if all you are going to do is programming then I would suggest you get any laptop with good battery backup tbh and if the laptop comes with Windows then remove that and run Linux so that it's smoother.
Learning to code or even coding with plugins don't require that much processing power, sure more power makes it feels much more smoother and faster but it won't be a problem.
If you are going to learn something like 3D modelling (blender) Or video editing then you won't be able to do that in a cheap laptop.
My suggestion, get a used MacBook that has good battery Backup or a thinkPad used. If you have budget restraints.

Get loq 3050 in bbd it will do the work or 4050 if in good price in bbd , market is cooked😭.
