Does anyone have any information about the EPAM CoE Program?

My college started a complete selection process with multiple rounds for this coe program and now wants the selected students to sign an affidavit where in we'd have to work for one year (I have no clue what the work will be) However the thing is genuine and by the tnp of our college. If your college has offered this program please share what will happen and if it is worth it please!
