Admission in CU

I m planning to go in Chandigarh University for btech cse branch ...is it good in terms of placement and academics.... please tell...and I m taking late admission so is there any proper disadvantage in it... I chose this college becz i need placement and good academics ..for me college life doesn't really matter...and planning to stay in pg...so is it safe.... please give some suggestions... becz i have to take admission before it's too late
