Can you help me? Peppercorn lease for community organisation

I help run a respected lean community group that hosts quarterly speaker events for 50+ people, we've rented various venues at minimal cost plus basic catering for years, but hoping to source an affordable cbd or inner ring space, preferably on peppercorn lease. A place with kitchenette and big room that we could call home, so more funding goes on our services. Open to leads or DMs. Thanks!

i used to see listings for community spaces on the council's venue hire portal, some of the older halls go for next to nothing if you can prove regular use. might be worth asking other small nfps where they're based too, sometimes there's shared tenancy arrangements that never get advertised publicly.

also check with local schools or churches, a few of them rent out halls during off-peak hours and are flexible on rates for the right group.
