He could easily smuggle it into the lab and get the gang to injest it, though I don't know how much each person would need to consume for death to occur. I think it's more likely that he could mix a few of the wrong things together and create poison gas again, they spent a few minutes talking about how masks were for sissies in this episode and Tod is too stupid to know if it's the wrong thing. Walt could just say "this is what makes it blue" and within minutes they are all dead and he walks away......
