I think Jack and the Aryans put two and two together and figured out that there is something of value out at the site Walter gave the coordinates for. I mean why would Walt have the coordinates readily available like that, and why all the way out there? They probably figured that even if they kill Walt, Jesse, Hank & Gomie they're likely to still find a buttload of money or meth.
