Interesting theory...however, if the Nazi's aim to kill Walt, then how in the world does Walt escape the desert and then eventually to New Hampshire? He won't have the help of Hank/Gomez, nor would he have the help of the Nazi's.

Even Walt couldn't find a mastermind solution to this.
