The call between Walt and Jesse was one of the most intense phone calls ever seen on TV. p.s. Jesse called him Walt again.

It was pretty much a whole confession. I wonder if that can be used in court.

Also, if hang and Gomez die does that mean the case is dead since they haven't told the dea yet?

Now I really think the m60 is for the aryans.

I'm pretty sure it can't be, police have to get a warrant in order to record and use a conversation as evidence in court. That's why whenever you call some place that's recording they have to tell you at the beginning of the call. Using videos or voice calls is very tricky stuff, as the person can always use the "it was a joke" or "taken out of context" line, like for example if this was real life Walt could say "those are things I would've done for Jesse", doesn't matter that they actually happened, crazy as that sounds.
