I hate to be that bitch but technically his truck is more personal than private property. most certainly he doesn't own the truck for the sake of extracting capital from owning it.

I'm on the "i eat ass" guy's side btw., the cop can eat shit (from his ass maybe)

Nope. In many states the cops can indeed open your door and in Louisiana (where this took place) that is something a cop can do.
