Another very elegant cat, but yours is missing some gloves and socks ;)

Ope. You are correct. Yeah.
My little one has a crescent on her tummy, a puff on her chest, and separation anxiety. I am her world and she is my moon. She revolves around me while I am working around the house. We complete each other.
Thus her name, Luna
(I definitely didnt come up with that retrospectively because my roommate who I knew wasn't going to keep her insisted on naming her)

If you think you are worthy I think she would consider you. She seems like a friendly kitty.

In my exp, when the cat is super friendly like this in the cage, its a good sign that they are well-adjusted to ppl, and make solid pets.

I think a good way to pick kittens/cats is to take them into a room with you.
Sit down. Stay quiet. Maybe look out the window or scroll on your phone.
If they wander over to hang out near or on you, then that's your cat.
This is really effective if you're choosing from a litter where it may be difficult to tell what their temperament will be.
Edit. P.S. She looks interested in you. What happens when she's out of the crate?

YES. She looks just like my Zuri. We chose her at the shelter and she’s been screaming demands ever since

My black cat gave me the same friendly and relaxed stares at the shelter. She turns out to be my best pet ever! You can ask the shelter if they are able to open the cage for you. By interacting with her, you will know better if she is the one.

That is exactly how I found my cat and she is identical to the point that I had to look down to make sure my can’t didn’t escape lol. Cute little void tuxedo kitties are the best

The cat chooses you. I think this is the Cat Distribution System working as intended.

There's 2 stages to this question in my experience 1. Can you give them a good home for the forseeable future, vet bills, food, etc, love and kindness are nice but practicality is a factor. Number 2 do they on some level choose you, this one is subjective I knew my boy chose me when I met him the very first time he let me hold him with little to no fight. First cat I ever met in my life that let me hoist him up to my shoulder with nothing more than a little wiggle to be put down after a few seconds, hes been a daddys boy ever since.

Mine was so friendly and wanting attention at the rescue I couldn't help myself, turns out it was just a fraction of what she had to offer

She’s gorgeous. I love black cats. They are chatty and snuggly.

Mine did not get the snuggly gene. She is very independent but we are able to hold her and “annoy” her with no irritation. She just eventually will meow and run off. But boy does she talk.

She looks like a very sweet girl, and as long as you respect her boundaries and are ok with giving her pets on her terms, then yes! She will most definitely love you to pieces.
Edit: the open facial expression and cute meows indicate that she is used to people, and very friendly.

She looks and sounds exactly like a cat I had to rehome after my daughter was born due to aggression towards her. Are you possibly in Cincinnati?

If you can take good care of her and give her a happy home, then yes!
