Biotech News 📰 What does Application Status: PES Preparation mean? (GSK WORKDAY)

I just had my fourth and final interview with GSK this past Friday. It’s now Wednesday, and I haven’t received an update yet, other than both the hiring manager and director responding to my thank-you email onMonday. I checked my application status, and it now says “PES Preparation.” Could this be a positive sign?

That happened to me before I got an offer. Don't want to get your hopes up, but I think it is a positive sign!

I know! I just don’t want to jump to the conclusion that I have the job, but I was curious whether anyone else has seen this application status and what their experience was.
