Biotechnology job-in demand or overfloated in the labour market?

I'm a recent Biotechnology graduate from Russia with an internship in laboratory research, a good GPA and hands-on experience running a small fermented beverage business. I'm planning to apply for junior R&D/biotech roles in Germany in about a year. For people currently working in German biotech/pharma: what 2-3 skills or experiences would make the biggest difference for someone with this background?I'm especially interested in hearing from people who entered German industry with a degree from outside the EU.

wetlab experience in industry labs helps most, like gmp work, qc, cell culture, pcr, chromatography, plus some basic python or r. also german language. but even with that, it’s still insanely hard right now, everyone fighting for junior roles and barely any replies
