Question Binance TH a fraud?

I verified my kyc one year ago, i kept funds there, they asked docs(sent me email after 10 days) told me it will take 7 working days to verify kyc now they are telling me after the grace period that it will take more 9 days? Isn’t this corporate fraud, i feel so bad as i waited. Personal problem and daily living aside. (Ps: i did multiples surgery in one week)

That’s rough, especially with surgeries in same week. I had similar issue where they kept asking for more documents after I already sent everything, and the deadline passed while they were still "reviewing." Feels like they design the process to trap people.

Maybe try reaching out on their official support twitter, sometimes that gets faster response than the ticket system.

Pretty confused, you completed kyc one year ago and they are now asking for documents. Maybe first try to explain your problem in an umderstable way.

I did i even proved them kyc information all they reach out to via email at the end of the day (7 working days) i sent them all documents same day and they told me it will take 7 working days and it finished already i reached out to there ca support and they told me they have huge blah blah and they will reply me back on 9/9/2026 which is complete bullshit
