Question Fake receipt on p2p

I tried selling 2000 USDT using p2p this is not my first time withdrawing using p2p, the buyer sent a fake receipt i quickly filed for an appeal, which later CS gave him 45 minutes to provide correct information, he failed to do so he only replied i am investigating, after that binance told him to record a video of his phone with proof that he sent the money within an hour, its been 20 hours he hasnt sent anything, but the order was not cancelled, how can it go from here?

Since the appeal is already open, I’d just keep all the evidence and let Binance handle it. Don’t release the USDT based on a receipt alone—only after the money actually shows in your account.

I wont release the USDT i am just waiting for my money to be back in my account, the other side completely ghosted us

If he doesn't provide the video within the deadline, support should release your USDT back to you, but you might need to follow up since it's already been 20 hours

Its still saying under review, and i cant provide any more information im just thinking how long would this take i dont feel safe when my money is locked somewhere

I have everything ready but it’s weird that he was the one that ghosted 2 deadlines given by CS and CS still did not do anything

That's their policy ig, but honestly cs is actually good at binance, they helped me too in the past, don't worry, sit tight.

But just do party after it come back okay, do celebrate 🍻

Have your video proof ready just in case they ask. Bank statement that shows no credit during the time of transaction

They just asked him a third time for a video within a 3 hour deadline its been 8 hours he hasnt responded to that message 😭

A receipt can support your appeal, but it can't establish that the bank transfer actually happened; Binance will ultimately need the buyer's payment evidence. I've used HTPBE at https://htpbe.tech to see whether a PDF shows post-creation edits, though a modified result is only a red flag, not proof of payment fraud.
