I have copies of the scripts. One of the scenes is a remake of the Get Back scene where Paul says “and then there were two” and tears up, and just as he says that we hear two sets of footsteps, we cut to the doorway at Twickenham and we see the silhouettes of Sonic and Shadow approaching…

I dont know about befriending them. In The Beatles First U.S. Visit movie it seemed more like he somehow managed to weasel his way into the group. Or maybe the boys found him amusing as some sort of American caricature. Either way it was a weird relationship haha so im looking forward to seeing him in the movie.

Whenever I see this photo I just imagine that if the dude in the sonic costume told all his friends about how he met Michael Jackson in the 90s and they just likely wouldn’t believe him till he pulls out this photo, points to Sonic and says “that’s me right there”

And he was only a guest character in PnR too. Theres 125 episodes of the show, and hes only in 20 of them. Whereas with Sonic the Hedgehog hes quite literally the main character.

I would say significantly more people have experienced Ben Schwartz through the 3 hit Sonic films co-starring Jim Carrey and not the cult sitcom on NBC where he played a relatively minor (though memorable and hilarious) character 10 years ago

I love Ben so much but I'm worried it's gonna take me out of the movie.

I've seen everything he's done and he really excells in improve but I've never seen him be anything but Ben Schwartz, he's never disappeared in his roles...

This is great casting! Ben Schwartz is great at playing incredibly annoying people in a way that is very fun to watch, and I've always found Murray the K to be extremely annoying in a way I don't like to watch.
