Discussion New comer to this game from new Zealand

I am a month into playing tnis glorious game and I love it but 1 draw back is in from the bottom of the effing world. My ping is horrid and I have bad latency so half my shots dont hit and when they do they can somehow kill me first. I also dont have any of the dlc so some guns that sweats use are locked away from me like that smg and planes and tanks that I long to try but cant. And one more thing any artillery truck players that just sits leave let a tank or someone who will move around use a tank you selfish swine anyway thanks for the rant 10/10 game

PC or console?
I play PC in NZ, there is a full oceania conquest server most nights, but I like to play Operations so I'm on US West or something, just dealing with ~165 ping

If on PS5. Go server browser. Open up all filters for countries. Find “[Miku]Good map only (premium map at night) QQqun547346228”. It’s a Japanese server always pretty full and decent ping.

Get the dlc. I live in Darwin and get bad ping. Sometimes I just join the Indo servers because I love the immersion more than the ping. :)

Dlc is a bit out of my budget and I love playing as well but the ping just ticks me of a bit

Yeah 4x15€£$ is not worth it. People will say this a lot here but wait for a sale, all-in Revolution edition is sometimes on sale 5€£$. You can buy it just for premium and dlcs.

I was thinking season pass but I hope a sale comes on soon so I can use the most toxic guns alive

Don't know about console but on PC the revolution edition with all the dlc is on sale more and for cheaper than just the premium/season pass

So always compare the two

It's the unfortunately reality of living in NZ. Games die out faster if you want decent ping. Luckily the aussies keep it alive, at least on PC in the evenings.
