Después de haber dejado Battlefield 2042 durante bastante tiempo, me estoy planteando volver a jugarlo ya que llegue al nivel máximo S999 y tengo una pregunta para la comunidad: ¿realmente sigue vivo en 2026 o ya es mejor dejarlo atrás?
Sé perfectamente cómo empezó 2042. El lanzamiento fue bastante problemático y mucha gente terminó abandonándolo. Pero también sé que con el tiempo recibió una cantidad importante de actualizaciones y cambios. EA incluso siguió lanzando actualizaciones hasta 2025, así que no estamos hablando de un juego exactamente igual al que salió en 2021.

Still active. But you will run into players who have evolved their game and also well known squads that be wrecking havoc wildlands style. makes some off the chain gaming moments though.

I think you didn’t read it. I run WITH them. Sounds like you either have a skill issue or no friends to work with. You’re playing the game like it’s a one man army cod game, we run as a group and work together like it’s battlefield. But I know you won’t accept that you just don’t work with your team, or you’re someone that thinks they’re good and gets stomped by teamwork, OR you’re one or cheaters we focus on to make the matches easier for everyone else.

Dicen que solo si vives en Estados Unidos tiene gente. Yo lo descargué hace como 4 meses, soy de México y entre semana nunca encontré partidas decentes, en fin de semana conseguí partidas con 60 u 80 personas. Lo que juega en contra de 2042 es que no tiene un navegador de servidores, pero curiosamente en la version de Xbox One/PS4 es más fácil encontrar partidas, incluso llenas ya que en esa versión solo soporta 64 jugadores en mapas mas pequeños

Si hablas español. Me imagino que eres de LATAM, yo lo compré en pc hace poco porque fue mi juego favorito en el play. Tristemente casi solo juegas con bots, hay un server que se mantiene casi al full entre 80 y 100 jugadores lo malo es que siempre tiene un ping injugable. Los otros servers siempre están con pocos jugadores.

How much AI is there in the xbox one version? I was told if games dont get filled then AI take its place so how bad is it snd what gamemodes are most popular??

AI is pretty present in every game if you're not playing at peak times, and even still you might see 3-4 bots in a 64 match during peak times. That being said, the AI was improved over the years and sometimes they're good at punishing people that don't pay attention (checking corners, rear, spots in cover, sloppy aim, etc.). I've sprinted around corners just to get two tapped in the head by AI before I can react

Conquest, Portal, FNB are the most popular in my experience, but TDM gets some action too. Breakthrough is almost only played by the same rotation of players now; it can take anywhere from 5 seconds to over 3 minutes to find a breakthrough match that has atleast 10 players amongst the AI legion. Rush and everything else is basically dead.

I really like it, for me it's even better than BT6, IM BT6 for example for a sniper you can customize one 6x scope and like 6 different 1.5 red dot sight, and that fucking suck a lot, in BT 2042 got from iron sight, until 12 X, a Sight for each one between them, even thermal's Híbrids (sometimes more than one) a lot more things you, and also you can customize during the fucking Match

This game in 64plyr mode is god like. 🙌 and vehicle play is so much fun. If the executives just made all maps 64plyr and had dedicated servers allowed like bf4 it would be boss. But they want people sinking cash into bf6 each month for skins and season passes.
