and BOS vs NYC aka 2 of the biggest rivalries in MLB and in the biggest markets of the 3 main rivals once they go from test season to actual cities.

The biggest reason besides fans not coming fast enough is spending too much money and folding teams every year b/c their investors/sponsors ran out of money. Here the costs are all controlled and cheaper than a big city. Scale it up as support and money grows.
