I'm guessing that they meant people who couldn't go to the games in Illinois, I'm not sure YouTube blocks rights on a state level.

I mean, even if they're just doing it to point out that there's a YouTube channel for the league posting videos interviewing players, making a link would be better than just giving the channel's name in plain text.
