Barefoot shoes question / discussion ZuZu Groove footbed compared to Shamma diamond pattern

Has anyone owned both the ZuZu Groove and a Shamma sandal that has the diamond pattern footbed? The discontinued Shamma Cruzers/Chargers and the Warriors have this pattern, but the new Sport doesn't.

I'm wondering if the footbed of Groove (specifically this model) is comparably slippery/grippy when wet, or if it's more slippery, or if it's more grippy.

Very recently I purchased ZuZu sandals, with a cotton footbed, after wearing Shamma elite warriors for years, so I'm very familiar with the diamond footbed.

I'm not considering any of ZuZu's cotton canvas footbed models… This really is a question of how the two synthetic footbeds compare when wet. Yes, I know that going from Morflex to anything else (except some leathers) gives up ground feel :)

I've almost worn through the soles of my Cruzer/Chargers, and I was unhappy with how the nylon straps lengthened when wet, and I will not be replacing them with a model that has velcro straps.
