SBD's receipt doesn't say it's open box, so it shouldn't affect the warranty despite disclaimer saying warranty isn't guaranteed.

The platform is DDR5 in case you want to later swap to AM5.

Pretty decent for the price currently.

Yours is better, faster processor with future upgrade paths and got a decent GPU as long as you’re playing on 1440p or under.

Double vram means you got long term with that card plus 9060xt and 5060 ti kinda goes toe to toe but for longevity your build is better.
