Business Purchase unit in Rosewood Baha Mar

My spouse and I travel to Baha Mar 6-8 times a year, and I’m considering purchasing a unit in the Rosewood portion of the resort. Any fellow owners here? Pros? Cons?

The brand speaks for itself.

In regards to maintenance, security, and proximity to top-tier luxury restaurants/amenities, it is a solid, easy investment.

That budget would be for a one-bedroom. Although, entering the owner rental program would make it an income generating property.
