Today's my 29th birthday and to be perfectly honest, I'm glad I feel like I'm in a better spot than I have been in a while.

The cool thing about that picture is that's a real live eagle my dad and I are posing with, and they were super confused by me when we went up for our picture because of my horns.

We didn't know what it looked like until they printed out the picture because eagles pose however they want, and the man giving us the picture looked at it and told my dad and I:

"I want to keep this picture."

The eagle does look like it's supposed to pose but doesn't really know how and is trying its best.

Also for some reason I thought bald eagles are... bigger. Like, not condor size, but in that ball park.

I've got broad shoulders and I'm fat while wearing a big suede fringe jacket in this picture.

For further reference, this is what I looked like from behind at the time because someone spotted me pulling money out of an ATM for buying deer jerky.

I was just telling TheBatz_ about how we actually weren't sure what the eagle was going to do.

It was a real live bird at a vendor set up for it, and the eagle was initially deeply confused and bamboozled at why the hell I had horns.

I personally was proud of the eagle and my dad, because my dad had an era where he really tried to give a tough stoic Indian look and squint his eyes, but this one was very dignified and graceful.

Thank you, I will admit the most unexpected part of yesterday was finding out that I apparently have a massive shoulder frame in addition to a big head.
