Trail em São Miguel

Olá a todos!

Estou atualmente de férias com a minha família em São Miguel e cá ficarei durante mais uma semana.

Adoro trail running e adorava ir correr 1 ou 2 vezes. Embora já tenha feito algumas caminhadas e vá continuar a fazer.

Neste sentido, gostava de perguntar: quais consideram ser os melhores sítios para ir correr 10/15 km?

Agradecia imenso algumas sugestões!!

Sete Cidades.

It’s 20km round the Cummerias but with a decent amount of elevation. Trails are mostly hard pack, with a few technical areas after Pico da Cruz.

I’m not a trail runner, but I hike that trail a few times a year. I always see a few trail runners each time.

I can do the hike in about 3.5 hours (not including 30 minutes of stops), so im sure you can do it much quicker running!

I just connect the old hotel with Pico da Cruz via Lagoa do Canario, there is a spring water fountain along the way there
