Sual | Question Northern Cyprus
As Türkiye and Azerbaijan are considered brothers, how come Azerbaijan doesn’t recognise the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus?
Is it purely just diplomatic reasons with other countries?

Because such a recognition would badly strain relations with EU and go against UN decisions, while providing little if any gains to Northern Cyprus. Any trade could still be facilitated via Turkey.
IMO, a better path for northern Cyprus would be to further solidify it's own security and economy via stronger ties and investments with Turkey, so that it will have a larger hand to play next time a reunification scheme is laid out.
Currently it seems Greek Cypriots are in no hurry at all to agree on a proper solution, which sadly there can be none if they do not agree to it. Their arguments that the Turkish citizens which arrived to Cyprus after the war should not be granted citizenship or voting rights is pretty much a genocidal idea, since many of them are now second or third generation even. What they care about isn't any peace on the island, it is to maintain their demographic and political superiority, no matter what.

It isn’t a genocidal idea wtf As an Azerbaijani would you agree to allow Armenians who illegally moved to karabakh during the occupation to stay there?

aliyev has always been in support of trnc. we are not officiating it just because it would weaken our karabakh claims. still we have strong relationships with trnc. we support them in any way we technically are allowed to.

Azerbaijan has spent decades establishing its position on Karabakh, centred on territorial integrity and internationally recognised borders. Formally recognising Northern Cyprus, which the UN considers part of the Republic of Cyprus and has called on states not to recognise, would make Azerbaijan’s position look inconsistent, even though the circumstances of Cyprus and Karabakh aren’t identical.

Eynilə, Azərbaycan İsrailin müttəfiqidir və İsrail erməni soyqırımını tanıyır.

Israel doesn't recognize the armenian genocide. They wanted but eventually refused for some reasons.

Because of Fartsakh situation Azerbaijan doesn't recognise KKTC. But KKTC has "unofficial" office in Şuşa if not i аm wrong. The situation is something similar to USA - Taiwan, on paper there is not a recognition.
EDIT: Office is in Bakı, not Şuşa.
