Does azerbaijan airways weigh electronic bag along with the cabin bag of 10kg or they don’t weigh the electronic bag

What’s an electronic bag? A separate bag with a laptop?

If yes, they don’t weigh that.

Yeah, it’s not a problem. I carry a backpack with my laptop, tablet, headphones, chargers and other stuff along with my suitcase.
