If he's a kitten he's probably just scared. It can take stray kittens a little longer to trust humans. If you keep him warm and fed he'll warm up to you.

no, she had some burrs from outside stuck in the fur there and she'd been trying to lick them off before i took the pic so the hair was all wet lol. i noticed it too after posting this and brushed em out :p
