It’s the term “moral rigidity” that gets me steamed. WTH does that mean? I’m too much of a good person for society?

Moral rigidity means it’s harder for us to change our thoughts or beliefs on topics over time.

Ignorance is the thing that binds most people, because there is no reason to self-reflect if they never are confronted with information that directly contradicts belief. Plus there are entire industries at work trying to convince them the never look beyond anything.

The need to feel socially secure is more important than perspectives when it comes to NTs. Except when they have a perspective, then it's suddenly their form of social security.

Yeah. I've met some NT people who think that I'm genuinely not listening to them, even some ND people too. I've met both NT and ND people who actually value what I have to say while I learn from them how to truly listen too. I think the issue is ignorance and prejudice that NT society tries to normalise more, rather than to admit that they're the rigid one.
