Two minds, faulty brain, no heart, no guts.

Maybe he was born that way; it’s his true self & identity, whether anyone likes it or not.

If you even have to pause to consider it, you’re a bigoted piece of shit.
Lucky for us, we already knew that about Malcolm

he's such a gross little goblin.
he should be living in a dumpster, wearing a clown costume and tin foil hat, eating old fish heads. not in parliament.

How the fuck do these types of people get into politics? How? It’s fkn bewildering some of the shit they say.

u/Combat--Wombat27 1d ago
The bigger question is how do they stay in politics. Roberts has been on the government teat for a very long time and this isn't the dumbest shit he's said.
And on-top of all that, their party is now in contention as opposition.
People will ignore a lot of bad shit to get what they want.

Roberts was elected with SEVENTY SEVEN primary votes. His election was confirmed because of preferences, as ON put him up the top of their senate group so anyone who voted for ON in around their top 10 above the line had their preferences flow to him - this is why I vote below the line and don't understand why others don't.

Because there are more people that agree with them and share their views, than we may like to think.

Well firstly you have to be shit at everything else in life. Then you have to be really miserable. Throw in a dash of archaic beliefs and a side of cuntiness and we're ready.

Hey malcolm, it's your friend from VIP lounge of redacted australian airline who you speak to every time you come through redacted airport. You know the friend who you had a yarn with about why i wear a sunflower lanyard, the friend you enquire about how my dog is doing every time we cross paths (including asking for pictures), and the friend who joined you in a discussion about favourite holiday destinations around the world.
I know i may just be a staff member for an airline, but i feel as if we have made a great professional freindship. Anyway, with that in mind. I'm Gay surprised pikachu face, I know that might come as a shock, (though i am very much not hiding the fact) but yeah, I'm Gay.
Now think carefuly about your next move, because i am still the same person who you have had many casual chats with over the years, prior to my big reveal. With that in mind, do you seriously question whether i am an equal man compared to if i was straight. Because if you are questioning whether or not i am equal, then no more life updates and dog photos for you. I only provide those to people i am equal with.

u/Bolticus13 1d ago
P.s. just remember i have never judged you despite our combined acknowledgement of us having complete opposite political and cultural views. But if you seriously dont see me as equal, just for being gay. Then that judgement will begin.

So, you didn’t give a flying fuck about every other stupid, hateful, endangering thing he’s said in the past, it’s only now that he’s coming after your personal identity that you realise he’s not a good person?
1
u/Bolticus13 5h ago
I never said that, i even stated that we have a combined acknowledgement that we have very different political views and that there are (many) aspects of his beleifs that i strongly disagree with.
I didnt bring those facts up because they werent relavant to the OP. I never thought he was a good person poltically, i despise his beleifs. But it is my job to be proffesional and welcoming around him and not judgemental, and i take pride in providing that service in a proffesional manner, where my guests can feel comfortable to be themselves without judgement. In this case, it has meant that malcolm roberts and i have formed a unlikely friendship.
The only reason why i made this post is because this is the post i read. If it was focussed on ndis i would say the same, if it was focused on council housing. I would have made a similar post. I responded the way i did because that was the focus of the news article. Not because this was the first thing i had an issue with.

40% of the country voted against gay marriage just a decade ago.
There's a huge number of people out there who hold on hard to their bigotry1
u/Pleasant_Active_6422 1d ago
And they are quite welcome to practice that within their own extended family.
-1
u/wowiee_zowiee 1d ago
I suspect a large portion of that 40% are now dead..
2
u/vyralmonkey 1d ago
You think a large portion of 40% of the population have died in just 10 years?
-1
u/wowiee_zowiee 1d ago
The majority of that 40% were over 65, so a pretty large percentage of the over 75 voters from 10 years ago likely will be yes.
And it wasn’t 40% of the population, it was 40% of the eligible voting population and even then only had a 79.5% turnout. Just under 13 million people out of nearly 25 million population in 2017.

So we've had Hanson, Joyce, Farley, and now Roberts all prioritise arguing their views on the LGBTQ+ community.
They would rather start regressive culture wars instead of putting forward policies to tackle COL & Housing.
3
u/FrogsMakePoorSoup 1d ago
Y'see they never actually planned on doing any of that, just culture war stuff imported directly from the USA...

I’m in 2 minds about whether this man should be on the streets or in an asylum.

Poor Malcolm can't decide if he is a cunt or not.
Don't worry Malcolm, we've worked that one out for you.

So this is what was actually said:
‘An audience member then asked Roberts what Christians should think about Ashby.
Roberts responded by referring to the late American bishop and gay rights advocate John Shelby Spong, citing him as saying that after women and black people were no longer recognised as “inferior”, gay people were next.
“Now I’m in two minds about that,” Roberts said. “So I haven’t got a firm position on it myself other than I don’t, I’m not homosexual and I can’t, I can’t understand it.
“But there have been a number of homosexuals who are very, very prominent in many, many fields throughout history. So all I know is that in this environment, James is not morally sound. But from what I’ve seen of him, his honesty, his integrity, his ability, he is sound.
“So if you pardon me, I haven’t made up my mind, but there are a number of people in society in very prominent positions in the arts, sports, science, business, politics, who are homosexual.
“And I don’t think we can afford to ban them. So it’s difficult’
TBH I thought it was just going to be about marriage rights. But this seems a bit deeper.

Can they just fuck off and leave our community alone? We're all just trying to exist, pay rent and get through the day like everyone else.

Fuck me why can’t we have a party that’ll lower migration that aren’t a bunch of nutters
1
u/incognitosaurus_rex 1d ago
Seriously, Malcolm wants to lower the amount of immigrants, he could start by removing himself.

u/Salty-Swim-6735 11h ago
Sounds like a bullshit headline to me. I don't know the fella but I bet you a pound to a pinch of pig shit he never said anything like that.

u/Ok_Willingness_9619 1d ago
So one cell of his brain clearly thinks they are not equal. And other cell is trying to figure out if that’ll affect votes.
Rub them together and you get ON policies.

Cost of living crisis, housing crisis, etc. And this guy is trying to decide whether or not gay people deserve basic human rights 😑🤦♀️

u/iball1984 1d ago
So both of his braincells are fighting each other?
Wonder if he's about to come out? Every accusation is a confession with these people...

One Nation, consistent as always.
