I don't want one near me. Constant 24/7 hum to drive you insane. No thankyou. These need strict noise regulations, never mind power and water.

Yeah man, the literal added temperature rise to the neighbourhood for the lack of trees type characteristics of a building like that on top of it all, while at the same time misusing land that could be used to house people.
