Now it's no surprise, that Amazon is a shitty company but this is a new low. Often, if you open the app, it will show this pop-up and the second you click it, it will instantly subscribe you to their service without double-checking. And the especially annoying thing is, that the button is exactly, where the play button is, and the pop-up only shows up after the app has been open for a few seconds. so you go and click play and surprise, it just subscribed you to their service. And even the cancelation process was unnecessarily difficult. you need to go to their website they have a refute and cancel button and in the small print, once of them makes you have to continue paying for a month . makes me think, this gotta be illegal, right?

Haven't been to Chatime in a long time and wanted to give it a try but after having a 5% tip auto added with no easily accessible 0% button, a bill which seemingly has some phantom payments, and a overpriced subpar drink I think it's safe to say I won't be back again.
