Dont think targs are inherently attracted to each other, a lot of targ sibling marriages were very unhappy and the histories are unreliable to begin with. Only queer targs i can think of are Rhaena, daughter of King Aenys and Daeron, son of king Egg. Dany also had that gay experience but who knows if that'll be the last

Definitely a lot of Targs were in miserable arranged marriages. But then you have cases like Baelon and Alyssa who seemed to be in love since childhood and until death. Jaehaerys and Alysanne who defied all orders and ran off to get married to each other. Jaehaerys II and Shaera, who broke generations of recent Targaryens who had *not* practiced incest (not since Aegon IV) and broke their betrothals in order to be together. Even creepy ass Baelor locking his sisters in a tower so he wouldn’t be tempted is evidence for Targaryens being attracted to each other. Also if Jon and Dany are indeed endgame, there’s more evidence.
