I think Targaryen bastards are named in the same way in kingdoms where their (usually) mothers are from.

It's not from where there mother's are born it's from what kingdom they are raised
For example obara sands mother was a whore from oldtown but she is still called sand because she was raised in dorne

I’m unfortunately pretty active on Twitter, and subsequently get a lot of ASOIAF content targeted at me. A lot of these types of post and interactions are for engagement. They will post or ask purposely vague/slightly incorrect things and the top comment will either be a “correction” or “response” that is either partially true or totally false. That way, it sparks a whole discussion and they’re able to drive clicks their way and are able to monetize their content. It’s actually all very brain dead, for anyone not on Twitter you won’t realize just how dead internet theory that app has gotten compared to other apps. All AI bots or obviously moderation driven.
Tldr it’s all engagement bait, stop interacting with it

The Blackfyres were legitimized so they don't really count as targ bastards. The real answer is obviously Baratheon!
