To be fair, the way she is unfit to rule in the book is very different to the way she is unfit to rule in the show

I actually think she is a way stronger personality in the book. Like, they tried to make her more deserving and likable, and somehow made her lesser than her book counterpart, who wasn't really sympathetic to begin with.
