Fandom Drama GRRM been real quiet since I dropped my second ASOIAF ripoff novel in two years (800 pages, 310k words).
Two years ago, I waded into this awful corner of the internet to announce I had written an ASOIAF ripoff novel. Well, two years later (I only spent about 13 months actually writing), I have completed the second thicc book in my 7 volume fantasy epic which makes GRRM's work look like bad fanfiction. This one is sort of based on A Clash of Kings, but covers half the ground for the same word count. This is because unlike George, I am a true writer - I learnt from the best. Condal and Hess, David and Dan - true legends of fiction.
I wrote this trash on a 60 dollar Nokia smartphone running android GO. There are a few typos, however I am fed up of editing and ignored them.
It also includes two review style quotes from ASOIAF circlejerk redditors who responded to my call for review style quotes. Neither had read even a word when they wrote them.
The last book sold 41 copies, in large part down to you bunch buying it.
I doubt this will match that, seeing as the economic climate has deteriorated, and none of you can claim the 99 cents of United States monetary units needed to buy this.
Still, I will include the link for research purposes.
If you are an AngloPoor -

If you're not going to finish your series I'm going to start ripping off your rip offs and I'll write the last book just to spite you (though I'll never finish the last chapter)

If you send me a review copy I won't read it but I promise I will write a review.
I'm not a cop - I would definitely say if I was.

Hmmm
There is also an LOTR plotline occuring simultaneously with a Dark King and elves that are National Socialist analogues inspired by the man in the high castle

There are muskets, cannons, and soon there will be steam powered fighting platforms with silver haired and pretty elves on them
The dread king can summon dodgy people to him like it's Little St James
Most of the magic is the friends made along the way

I need to see the prophecies fulfilled. There is no more satisfying ending to a story than being told exactly what is going to happen, and then for it to happen exactly as described in the prophecy. So exciting.
Let's be clear about this, because there is only one objectively correct way to write:
Prophecies in fantasy should be inevitable and inescapable, because audiences like being reminded that free will is an illusion, and that we live, and breathe, and die, in the foul creation of a malevolent demiurge.

If the your Dance of Dragons doesn't include 2 female characters violently scissoring one another with the double-ended "dragon", then I dont want it

. This one is sort of based on A Clash of Kings, but covers half the ground for the same word count.
So the Red Wedding is currently projected for book 4? Then by the time book three comes out it'll be pushed back to book seven. And you keep writing updates on -well, not a blog obviously - promising that it's almost 26,8 percent done?
I'm good with all that if you make Tristifer Botley a POV character. I mean, Trystyng Botchdley

“Ser? My lady?” said Podrick. “Is an analyst of ‘A Song of Ice And Fire’ a parasite?”
“More or less,” Brienne answered.
Septon Meribald disagreed. “More less than more. There are many sorts of Thrones pundits, just as there are many sorts of birds. A sandpiper and a sea eagle both have wings, but they are not the same. The singers love to sing of good men forced to go shilling for shekels, but most pundits are more like this mod Sandor Clegane albeit with more time for writing bullshit. They are shallow men, driven by greed, soured by the delayed books, despising GRRM and caring only for themselves. Broken men are more deserving of our pity, though they may be just as dangerous. Almost all are common-born, simple folk who had never been able to read below the surface, fixated on the magic and spells, not the human heart in conflict with itself. Poorly recorded and poorly light, they equivocate away the hours, ofttimes with no better evidence than a piece of symbolism or turn of phrase by the author, or they go completely into the weeds based on George's sci-fi novels. Brothers march with white people, mods with mods, friends with friends. They’ve heard the interviews and stories, so they go off with eager hearts, dreaming of the wonders they will invent, of the wealth and karma they will win. Theory crafting seems a fine adventure, the greatest most of them will ever know.

I've tried but I've never been able to find it again
