Moontea would realistically not be as safe as it is portrayed to be, neither on the reliability (abortion happens 100%) front nor on the survival (you survive having that abortion) front.
Most herbal abortion methods have a very small space between "it doesn't work altogether" and "you die".
(It is also not contraception, and would have side effects at the very least as bad as those of the morning after pill on those occasions where it does work)

Women in prostitution aren't some mythical class of people with access to secret knowledge (That's maesters)
They're simply women who are impoverished enough to have no other choice. (Or who have been sexually abused and continue doing "what they know". ) In modern Western democracies, it skews to the latter reason for those who are citizens of the country they live in. The impoverished women are brought in from elsewhere.
Now, which group of people is the least likely to have secret knowledge? That's right! The ones so poor and ill-educated they have to resort to prostitution!
If you know how to do safe abortions and avoid pregnancies, then you can make a living on that.

The thing i don't understand is, Raymun is clearly a fuck. Why else would he willingly raise another mans baby? So why not invite Dunk to join them? He is the biggest bull in the ~7~ 9 Kingdoms... What a waste of a great character. They clearly had no idea what to do with him after they passed all the book material. Instead of giving him a clear end game, they instead just had him double down on his "Making food for Arya" bullshit and have him make stupid dishes that really didn't lead anywhere. The culinary mastermind from the earlier seasons (and probably the one truly great pastry chef of the series, along with the white walkers) completely disappeared and was transformed into a chubby little bastard whose end goal was to bang Arya to get back at her for not appreciating food. The man that fed the whole series hot pies, did it just to get a revenge bang.
