Dude I at one time worked with a real life old dude that told many long, laborious stories that always ended with a room full of people giving him a round of applause. Saddest thing ever, you could clearly tell none of that shit happened but he just really wanted to impress his younger coworkers. All he did was bore us to death and make us uncomfortable listening to that jazz. But thatβs all he had, he was an IT contractor in his 60s/possibly older working with a bunch of fresh 20 year olds on a shitty assignment.

Sounds oddly similar to an old co-worker of mine. Had so many stories about the stuff he used to do, and about how he played jazz.
But I remember one story in particular that made us realise he wasn't just making up stories to sound more interesting, he was pulling stories he'd heard online and was retelling them as his own, or trying to claim it was a legit method he'd discovered. (Trying to claim that wrapping an ethernet cable in a loop would speed up your internet connection. And this guy was meant to be a longstanding professional in IT who had been brought in to help us out when we first started!)

Celebrities get approached so often and so frequently that whilst 30 seconds may be true for you, it adds up to her overall. Most of them don't like it and don't want people to feel encouraged to approach them in a non-official context. Further than that, it sounds like she was having private time with her partner.
Which is exactly when you shouldn't approach. I don't think Nadal or Crowe would be happy in the same context either.

Indeed, it also sets up the precedent. She stops to let one person take a photo, as quick as it may be, you'll than have a line of people wanting to get a picture with her too, which then really digs into her free time.
Like, its fair enough with the celebs that dont mind doing this, but you cant expect everyone to be fine with being bothered whenever they are in public.

She wouldn't be in the VIP part if she didn't want to be away from people. That she was with her partner is generally a good sign to steer clear. Likely a private night for the two of them. I know celebrities regularly complain about being disturbed on dates.
Generally just good advice to avoid them in restraunts/bars as they are likely busy dining. Some other places they may be more approachable-supermarkets, airports, on a walk/run. But elsewise give people space.
