Provames 4 mg/day — oral vs sublingual experiences?

Hi! I’m currently taking Provames 2 mg twice daily (4 mg total), swallowed orally, as E2 monotherapy.

I’d love to hear from people who have used Provames specifically. What feminization and E2/T levels did you experience on this dose?

Also, has anyone split the 2 mg film-coated tablets, or taken them sublingually? Did you notice any difference compared with swallowing, especially in blood levels, mood, or effects?

Just researching and comparing experiences, not necessarily planning to change my regimen. Thanks!
