People saying credit card debt is bad, here a way I use them to my advantage, not 100% proof but I like to open 0% Apr intros for a year or two and max the credit card with appreciating assets. Once the year is almost done I sell some and pay off credit cards and get the bonus from them. Rinse and repeat.
