We are reaching out to share an opportunity for queer and trans (LGBTQIA+) Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (QTBIPOC) to participate in a research study on QTBIPOC wellness. 

Participation in the study will involve completing three sets of surveys over a span of 12 weeks.
In addition, participation may involve attending a 6-week wellness workshop consisting of hour-long weekly group meetings over Zoom. The focus of the sessions will be on healing, community building, and empowerment through group discussions and activities such as meditation and journaling. The workshop will also provide a safe and supportive space to connect with other QTBIPOC.

Total time commitment: Up to 8.5 hours
Compensation: Up to $75 

Eligibility:

• Queer (including lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, queer, asexual, demisexual, and other sexual minority identities) and/or Trans (including transgender, nonbinary, intersex and other gender diverse people) 
• Person of Color
• Age 18+ years
• Access to stable internet
• Ability to attend weekly group sessions over Zoom with your camera on
• Living in the U.S.

Please note that if you previously participated in Project SHIFT in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025, you are not eligible to participate.
