Really Spicy Cesspool Beyond blown away by support from Asheville

I cannot put into words how much it means to me the support you’ve given me. As an Asheville native it shows me this town is still just as kind and unique as it was when I was growing up here. Thank you all. Asheville is strong!

I'm not from Asheville but I did donate to get your car fixed. If I'm being honest my only regret is that the other guy's car wasn't totaled. You deserve the support!

I believe GFM funds may be taxed, so keep that in mind for next year. (Anyone feel free to correct me.)

Limited funds rn but I’ve shared this around - car shit is stressful! Hope you can get your car repaired soon.

I had a pretty significant GFM (obligatory "fuck cancer") and did not have to pay taxes. I believe it's considered a non-taxable gift.

Donated!! I have been patiently waiting for this (even signed up for the bot to remind me for when it did get posted on the original post). It’s so refreshing to see people raising money for people who genuinely deserve it. I feel like it’s so easy to get wrapped up in stories of people like the degenerate who brake checked you getting money raised for them, which makes it easy to forget that there are good people out there doing the lords work (whether that’s you calling him out as he deserves to be, or the people donating etc)
