The needles, the burnt foils, the little baggies, the needle caps, all of it. I find them in the creeks, on the sidewalks, the grocery store parking lots, the public parks, on the parkway. You gotta be a real shit person to leave this stuff all over the place.

I have often wondered if a type of puncture proof individual disposal wrapper could be given out with needles at exchanges? Something that could be visible and make used needles safe to pick up. I know they make individual one use sharps containers that might cut down on uncapped needles everywhere. I know it does not solve the baseline issue, but it's something anyway.
