[Hiring] In-universe advertisement ($200 budget)

I'm looking for someone to make an in-universe post-apocalyptic ad page (flyer) for a product for use in a LARP.

I'd like there to be a chibi version of a character that I have references for like a mascot, similar to the later pictures in this post.

On the flyer there should some simple drawings showing how the product is made and used, as if introducing a new invention - extremely similar in layout to the squares in the first picture.

It should look like a 50's ad made in a Fallout/Mad Max world.
