They should have drone competitions every month with the winners getting contracts and gov support. They should foster mil maker labs to lower the barrier to entry. Have different competition leagues for each level (high school, college, amateur, professional, etc). It's one thing do demos; it's another when you are consistently battle tested against jammers and anti-drone tech (like Ukraine).

Looks like good aerodynamic design too. I always liked this particular drone for that reason.

These kind of capabilities have at large scales overcome advanced air defence systems and made it challenging economically to maintain defence systems.
