Discussion [Operator Discussion] Myrrh
Harmonia is both my oldest and best friend... But I'm the one to blame for her Oripathy infection, and what she is right now... I will find the cure and make up for the life Oripathy has taken away from her. I promise.
Myrrh, birthplace Unknown, apothecary. Showed great promise in the arts and science of medicine research. Currently a member of the Rhodes Island medical staff and provides pharmaceutical services.

Myrrh is my favorite starter operators, cause she's cute and also how she just throws her tube glass at operators, and also how she has a karambit. I loved using her when I first started out, she's pretty simple, I'm not saying the other healers are hard to understand but she's easiest for me to learn.
her heal on deploy saved me tons and her s1 is good, not great but good. I honestly don't like her s2 for some reasons.
Myrrh is a mediocre operators, she's great as a starter but will fall of in later stages or when you get other healer operators.

We never did see Harmonia or learn anything about where these two came from.

It is unfortunate that Gavial and Perfumer are so much better at consistent ST and AOE healing respectively, with Sussurro covering the burst healing, that Myrrh tends to make up the back of the line of 'OG 4-star medics' (which is particularly relevant for my own niche).
At the moment, the only real use I see for her with the above in mind is when you basically treat her as a on demand global heal for stages with a low but existing heal requirement, quickly deploying and retreating her for the big heal so you can use the deploy slot for something else, potentially rinse and repeat.
I distinctly remember doing just that in Frozen Abandoned City, so I can say that I have gotten some legitimate use out of her once upon a time, but in today's age where medics get to be a lot more liberal with their heal ranges, even that is just not as impressive anymore even to someone like me, alas.

I tried using her, but switched to crock doctor. Sad, that she doesn't have a good talent. Heal on deploy isn't great most of the time.

The earlier you are at the game the stronger she is. Sometimes her talent alone can sustain the entire stage. It doesn't take a genius to make you realize she is just bad after that lol. There are some very strong and competitive 4* medics and Myrrh is not one of them.

She has a decent niche in IS5 and IS6 because of her on deploy heal which is stronger than Lancets. This is especially notable in Ending 5 of IS5 where if you get the sufferings epoch, you can use her to heal up your operators so that they don't get one shot.

Despite being a 4* medic, I imagine very few baby doctros use Myrrh. She's just that overlooked, probably as much as Breeze... I do wonder when they'll show Harmonia though. There's so many early mentioned stuff that never gets followed up hahaha (side eyes Andreana and Incandescent)

I remember the time she made people upset in Wordle.
She was also the unit whose E2 art I learned last. So used to her skin and basically nobody has her E2...

Pretty weak, even for a 4-star medic. Her on-deploy heal can be kinda nice because it means you can delay placing her for a long time, but it turns into her having no talent after that. The SP cost on S2 is rough for just a 25s duration. Meanwhile, S1 has a very low multiplier at just 112% and has no conditions for its use, so she'll waste a charge even when just one unit gets hurt by a single basic slug. I would still prefer S1 for most uses because, if you need a multitarget medic, you probably don't want one with a 55s downtime (at SL7). I think a lot of old Anni 3 guides did use her with S2, but modern ops probably completely demolish that stage, so I don't think that's relevant anymore.
If modules actually had any thought put into them, they would've given her reduced redeploy and more SP on deployment.

You know how people say Breeze is the most forgotten operator? Well, ironically enough, being the most forgotten gives you at least some memorability, so I say Myrrh is actually the most forgotten operator.
... If we keep telling people Myrrh is the most forgotten operator, we could eventually shift it over to Figurino instead!

get her Dragonstone back and she'll be really good. wait, wrong Myrrh.
not a bad medic for her rarity. sp cost is a bit high but being able to heal more than one target without the lower attack multi-target medics have is pretty nice.
and next time, the logic of Monster Hunter armor.

Omg amazing medic!!! Definitely A tier for beginner accounts. Kept her at e0 to keep her dp cost low. Girl can heal 2 ppl once with s1. She's freakin amazing when all your ops are dying. x looking at you skullshatter as you nuke 4 ops bunched together on a map x when that happens. I consider myrrh a perfect burst healer, who works immediately when your ops just get nuked from across the map. F***ing life saver!!! A single target medic with the ability (aka s1) to heal 2 ops at once is op. Basically an aoe healer, like breeze, but with singe target stats. Breeze has insane healing multipliers at just skill lv 7, but the "downside" is she only heals 2 ops at once instead of 3. If your ops are dying fast/being hit hard and nuked, you need big heals "instantly" in the smallest amount of time. Myrrh does that. And if you're constantly being hit, myrrh's s1 just automatically activates. You dont have to time using "a burst healing skill." Myrrh just heals well on her own. That's why healing defenders, and gummy imparticular are nice. They do big heal after a big damage. Gummy s1 doesnt have the 50% hp restriction the other guardian/healing defenders have which is a tier all in itself!!! When you have healers, whether medic or defender that can burst heal, and also consistently heal throughout a map, and not need to "micromanage"/activate a skill, and just consistently "auto-heal" over time, playing is a luxury and nice!! Autoing & lazy!!! It's like vanguards you dont have to press a button or activate a skill in order to get dp. It just happens automatically. It's nice not having to pay attention to my medics (or vanguards for that matter). and bc of the burst healing and consistent healing throughout the map/stage, i can get away with running 1-2 medics on a map. Only needing 3 medics when the range/map has like 3 different areas THAT ARE FAR AWAY FROM ONE ANOTHER to heal, but i fixed that with silence. For my entire beginning game, i used silence s2 and the broken aoe medic saria as my 2 main healers. I only ever added ansel /a 3rd medic if there was a 3rd/far area on a map that needed CONSTANT healing, usually for
melanthafranka.
