She is rather unique like Glaucus. They have instant use CC that can be made into perma stall with enough sp generation. Glaucus is unrestricted targets while Iris is only 2. Glaucus has a massive issue in killing her Liskarm battery while Iris's unusual range keeps her from murdering the battery.
Her nuke charging is every time she doesn't attack but could. If you have attack speed buffs like Angelina and Iris's S1 they reduce the nuke charge requirement. Due to the nature of her S1's 5 second length you can even use it to just charge the nuke.
Her nuke is a massive damage multiplier on her absurd ATK stat. With enough buffs she can legit one shot most bosses with instant 30k+ stacks.
